On With the Second Terrace

Once we got the first terrace done, we've now moved on to leveling out that ground for that terrace and constructing the second terrace. The first terrace seemed to be built at a good height, where you could easily sit on the edge of it, and it was nice to actually see the terrace get built and be able to sit on it how we thought it was going to be. When we were finished with building up the second terrace, we realized that it was a little lower than we would like it to be for a good sitting height. So we adding another row on top of it so it would be similar to how the first terrace was done. Now we are still working some on getting the land to be more level on the first and second terrace, which will also be receiving a layer of top soil and sod on top. Construction of the third terrace will have to hold on for a little while until we dig the footings in that area first.
