Building the Landscaped Terraces

The work is progressing with building up the landscaped terraces, and you can slowly (but surely) see each of the levels get formed. They seem to be a little more difficult to install than we thought they would be, but things always take more time than you think they will. The most critical part is getting the very bottom row of the ties laid down. This has to be absolutely right, in the right location, at the right angle, level, and it has to work with the next one that is going on top of it. This level determines all the other levels, so it is very important. Once you get that first row down, then the other ones go a little quicker because they just get stacked on top.
